The latest venture from the people behind the successful Hi Sushi Group, the seventh Hi Sushi Izakaya (pronounced i-za-kaya) has opened in the heart of Covent Garden's Opera Quarter and boasts three floors of dining and special Yaki Grill Bar.

Hi Sushi serve a variety of fresh, handmade Japanese dishes including sushi and sashimi to eat in or take away.

Hi Sushi is renowned for serving a large selection of Japanese cooking styles including Tempura, handmade Gyoza and delicious Ramen Soup  - the secret of which is the stock which is cooked and reduced for many hours to achieve a rich flavour.

Offering ambience and informality, the new restaurant and bar is located opposite Theatre Royal and provides diners with a completely sensory Japanese experience.
